Parties

Pearlsacks will lead each pt. As needed the pt leader will swap out members to promote fair play among all members.

When moving Camps, be sure to stay with your party leader. All the Party leaders kno their way around sky very well. This will help to prevent members from being lost and having to go find them.

Each person should come as the job listed in the Main Jobs post, under linkshell strategies. If for some reason you do not want to come as that job, or are unable please /tell Vanar before coming up as another job. This will allow Vanar to plan accordingly and ask some1 else to come as different job. We are here for fun, but if every1 comes as whatever job they want, run will be harder and less productive.

We are a large Linkshell, which is part of the reason we are so successful. That being said, only 18 ppl can be participating at one time. We kno its no fun to stand around watching 18 other ppl kill stuff. Please be patient. if you find that u are being consistently left out, let a peralsack know so that we are aware of the issue.

Attendance And Points:

1 point will be awarded for each camp the Linkshell stops at to farm, whether it be a god or NM for trigger.

Each time a player gets a drop or changes their wish list, points will be reset.

In the event that the linkshell is split up, points will be awarded as long as you are at an assigned camp when attendance is taken.

If you are found to be excessively AFK at a camp, the point for that camp will not be awarded. If U need to AFK, let your party leader know when your leaving and when u will be back, so that the pt leader can plan accordingly.

If you are doing a god camp with us, and are not able to get into the main alliance, you will still get the point for being at that pop spot or designated camp. If you are at a god camp, and not in alliance you must have your flag up and not be AFK.

Each run that a player is unable to attend, will count as one instance. Upon 5 Instances, that players points will be set to 0. '

We understand RL takes precedence, and stuff happens. If you are unable to attend a run because of RL issues, leave /tell Vanar or another pearlsack as soon as possible.
In this event, the absence will be excused and not considered an Instance

For every 2 runs of good attendance, one instance will be removed.

Drops

New Players Will NOT be allowed to lot and ANY items for two runs of good attendance!


Each player will have Wish List of no more than three items, which can be changed at anytime. Each time a player gets a drop or changes their wish list, points will be reset.

Drops will be awarded Based on List > Points > Seniority. To help everyone get items fairly only one drop will be awarded per run. Drops will be announced at the start of each god, and the player May choose whether or not to take a drop by /telling Vanar before we pop.

In the event of two of the same Item dropping for one person from a monster, player with most points will choose which item he wants, by /telling Vanar before the run. The second item will then be awarded by List > Points > Seniority

The Bank will pay upto 100k towards any abjuration acquired from your wishlist

Bids/Free lots *Edited 3/7/2010*

In the event that nobody is eligible for a drop, that item will go First to bids, then to free lot.

Bids will be in /tell to vanar of the total points bid. In the event that there is two are more members bid the same, or time is running out on autodrop, Vanar will Instruct which bidders to lot, and ONLY the winner of the lot will get the point deduction.

Free Lots are free as long as U have the job that can use it. Pearlsacks will assure that the ppl in their party are eligible for lotting that item before it drops. If you need a party invite to lot, please /tell a pearlsack for an invite.

Members will not be allowed to Free lot on an item they passed on from their wishlist.

The bank will not pay out upon Abjurations acquired through Bids/free lotting
